Our virtual support groups are for people living with ME/CFS or long COVID, as well as carers. They offer a chance to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with, or caring for a person, with limited energy reserves.
Groups run from February to November and are led by professional facilitators. After these sessions end, participants can continue meeting through our Volunteer Peer Support Champion Program.
Virtual Support Groups for people who live with ME/CFS and or long COVID
Emerge Australia’s virtual support groups offer safe, inclusive spaces for people with ME/CFS and long COVID to connect, share experiences, and find mutual support. Whether through conversation, creativity, or low-sensory activities, we foster understanding, reduce isolation, and promote resilience—empowering individuals at all stages of their journey to feel heard, supported, and inspired.
Next groups start July 2025.
