Emerge Australia welcomes Jenna to our patient support telehealth team.
Jenna is a social worker who is dedicated to empowering individuals and supporting them in navigating complex health and community systems. She is passionate about patient-centered care and has extensive experience working in the public health system for the past ten years.
Jenna’s role will expand on the work that has been undertaken by the patient support team and include rebuilding virtual community groups for people with ME/CFS, Long COVID and their carers, as well as providing social support through telehealth.
We ask the community to support Jenna, as she incorporates her extensive social work experience into the ME/CFS landscape.
