#mecfschallenge

ME/CFS Awareness Day this year will be marked by a huge online social media campaign featuring the #mecfschallenge.  We want the ME/CFS community, their families and allies around Australia (and the world!) to get involved to raise awareness of myalgic encephalomyelitis / chronic fatigue syndrome.

So, what’s the challenge?

On Saturday May 9, we’ll kick off ME/CFS Awareness week with the ME/CFS community taking to social media to participate in the challenge.

Let our supporters show you how…

How can you participate?

  1. Open you preferred social media app
  2. Film yourself completing the challenge by saying: “I’m taking the #mecfschallenge to raise awareness of ME/CFS and people living with myalgic encephalomyelitis – hard to say, harder to live with”
  3. Tag Emerge Australia and use #mecfschallenge
  4. Post your first take to social media – and share, share, share!
